Terms of Service
The terms that apply when you book and celebrate with us. Last updated: September 2026.
1. Bookings & Confirmation
A date is confirmed only after you receive written confirmation (WhatsApp, email, or receipt) from RK CONVENTION A/C along with the booking advance. Verbal holds or unconfirmed inquiries do not reserve the venue.
Please share accurate event details — event type, date and timings, and expected guest count — so we can allocate the right hall and arrangements for you.
2. Pricing & Payments
Package prices are as listed on our Pricing page or as quoted to you in writing for your specific date and requirements. Any additional services (extra hours, premium decor, live counters) are charged as agreed before the event.
The balance payment must be settled as per the schedule shared at booking, and no later than the event day unless agreed otherwise in writing.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, inform us in writing (WhatsApp or email) as early as possible. Cancellation or rescheduling terms, including any applicable charges, depend on how close the request is to the event date and costs already committed to vendors.
Wherever possible we will try to accommodate a date change subject to availability, with any price difference adjusted accordingly.
4. Venue Rules
Our standard working hours are 10 AM – 8 PM daily; extended hours for events can be arranged in advance.
The venue accommodates up to 500 guests across two floors. Please keep to the confirmed guest count so seating, catering, and safety arrangements hold.
Outside decorators, caterers, and DJs are handled as per the policy confirmed at booking. Guests are expected to follow the instructions of our on-ground team and local regulations on timings and sound.
Any damage to venue property, fittings, or equipment caused during the event will be charged at actuals.
5. Catering & Services
We offer vegetarian and non-vegetarian catering with customizable menus, including live counters on request. Final menu and guest count for catering must be frozen by the deadline shared at booking so our kitchen can prepare accordingly.
Decor themes, stage setups, sound, and lighting inclusions are as confirmed in your booking summary.
6. Liability & Force Majeure
We take every care to deliver your event as planned, but we are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural calamities, government restrictions, or utility outages.
Guests' personal belongings remain their own responsibility; please use the venue's safe-keeping guidance for valuables during large functions.
